Welcome to the AdamCoach website! My name is Pavel Adam, and since 2021, I have been professionally dedicated to leadership development. 

I assist clients in achieving necessary changes in challenging business environments through coaching managers and leading team development programs. I leverage my own 25 years of leadership experience in companies such as Philip Morris, Ahold, Japan Tobacco International, and Dr.Max. I have worked at various management levels, ranging from the position of HR manager and production manager to HR director and a member of the top leadership team. 

Since 2022, I have been actively involved as a board member of the Czech Chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), contributing to the development of existing and new members. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with ICF.
