70-20-10, SMARTER and KAIZEN


The turn of the year is the time when we often think about our business and personal goals and what skills we want or need to develop. As we know, the more demanding our goals and development plans, the more difficult they are to be achieved. However, there is another way, easier and my favorite: the development by the Kaizen method. The point is that we are not very likely to change our habits significantly. On the other hand, if we decide to make a small change that brings improvement and that we can make on a regular basis, the probability that we will keep the habit increases significantly.
